Let there be light

In the beginning...

We can't know what "the beginning" was.  We cannot fathom creation.  We have always lived where there was something before.

Nothing but God existed prior to those divine words that brought everything into being.

As we contemplate a sunrise, consider that the smallest particles of matter may not be matter at all, but light and sound.

It is as if Someone spoke everything into existence, beginning with light.
