In Oklahoma, the weather can go from sunny to windy to cloudy to all of the above in minutes. If you love change, then you will surely love Oklahoma weather.
For the moment, it's cloudy.

Heading to winter bone dry in Oklahoma

The clouds now block the sun
But this western town has no rain today
Will these clouds be the ones

Sunrise in a dry land
Sunrise with clouds
What a rare combination
In this drought stricken part
Of this now scorched nation.
This is Oklahoma.
The Lord will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Isaiah 58:11

Clouds slow to say goodbye

Weather Change
Clouds promise rain and storms.
The sunset fades in the rearview mirrow.
So quickly from calm to storm.
This change has a name.
We call it March.
This is Oklahoma.

Sun and clouds dance together.

Cloudy morning
The sun behind the clouds says mystery.
The clouds themselves speak of potential.
The red light offers boundaries of comfort.
The new day was not promised, but delivered.
This is life.

Some see clouds. Some see a dove.
As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him.
Matthew 3:16

Sun through the clouds
Is this Oklahoma or the African plains?
It's Oklahoma.
The sun hides behind some of the very few clouds that crossed the Oklahoma sky in the western part of the state in 2011.
These clouds brought no rain to the dry land.
